attended Gonzaga University

in Spokane, Washington, U.S.A., graduating

with a degree in creative writing and a

secondary education certification. Blaine grew

up in the Philippines and was a baseball and

rugby player on the Philippine national team.

Jeroen Looye

spent seven years as a base oil

trader for AP Chemicals in Belgium. He is now

an entrepreneur based in The Netherlands and

Cristine Villena Amurao, MD, MPH

completed her medical degree and residency

General Hospital. She received her masters

degree in public health, with a concentration on

environmental and occupational health, from the

Northwest Ohio Consortium for Public Health.
