Sepahan Oil announces new managing director

The new managing director of Iran’s Sepahan Oil Company (SOC) was introduced during a ceremony attended by Mahmud Sediqi Tonekaboni, the Oil Industry Pension Fund Investment Company (OPIC) deputy, SOC deputies, and managers.

Fereidun Fadaei Dolat, previously the managing director of Petrochemical Industries Investment Company (PIIC), has replaced Amirhossein Bahreini as the SOC managing director.

Sepahan Oil Company, established in 2002, is a private oil refining company based in Tehran with refining facilities located in Isfahan.

With an annual production capacity of more than 700,000 tonnes, SOC is now the largest producer and supplier of Group I base oil in the Middle East.

Under the brand name “Speedy”, Sepahan Oil Co. is also one of the main producers of diesel and gasoline engine oils in the Middle East. Sepahan Oil’s primary products include engine oils, industrial lubricants, automotive gear oils, lubricating greases, anti-freeze, paraffin wax, heavy slack wax, and lubricating base oil SN500.
