PETRONAS Lubricants and Dumarey announce strategic partnership

PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) and Dumarey Group have announced a strategic partnership aimed at advancing carbon neutrality in the automotive sector. The collaboration will focus on the development of high-performance lubricants for alternative fuels and new energy vehicles.

By leveraging data analytics and connectivity, the partnership seeks to create predictive maintenance systems for fluid replacement. Additionally, both companies will explore the development of injectors suitable for low-carbon fuels.

Giuseppe Pedretti, regional managing director EMEA of PLI, emphasised the significance of the agreement: “This strategic partnership with Dumarey marks a significant moment in our journey to reach our carbon neutrality targets. By combining our expertise in fluid solutions with Dumarey’s advanced propulsion systems, we look forward to accelerating the development of innovative solutions that will reduce emissions and improve fuel efficiency.”
