Petrolina rebrands existing Agip-branded retail network to Eni’s new retail visual standards

Petrolina inaugurated its first Eni-branded petrol station in Cyprus located at Troodos Avenue on August 30. The rebranding is part of the agreement signed between Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd. and Italy’s Eni S.p.A. on January 13, 2017.

The first Eni-branded petrol station offers automotive fuels, heating oils and Eni lubricants, as well as oil change, tire pressure check, modern car wash facility and Eni shop. The station complies with all EU safety, operations and environmental standards.

All of Petrolina’s petrol stations, which are currently branded Agip, will be rebranded to Eni. The rebranding will be based on Eni’s new retail visual standards.

During the inauguration, Kostakis Lefkaritis, executive director of Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd, said that the upgrading process signals the start of the strategic agreement between Petrolina and Eni which was signed on January 13.

Petrolina (Holdings) Public Ltd. is the largest Cypriot oil company and is engaged in the import and marketing of transport fuels, gas and lubricants. It has a network of 100 gas stations all over Cyprus which currently operate under the trade names Petrolina and Agip. Through the network of service stations as well as through direct sales, the company supplies the Cypriot consumer and local businesses with motor and heating fuels, industrial fuels, marine and aircraft fuels, liquefied petroleum gas, lubricants and other related products.
