NLGI certifies lubricating greases from Loadmaster, Axel
The National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI) announced that Lithium Complex Grease from Loadmaster Lubricants, LLC and Acinol 152 HQS (US) – All Colors and Axellence 652 HQ (US) – All Colors from Axel Americas are now approved against the NLGI HPM certification.
NLGI’s HPM Grease Certification Program ensures that all certified greases meet or exceed the High-Performance Multiuse grease specification requirements in the areas of mechanical stability, oil separation, water resistance, heat tolerance, corrosion resistance and load carry capacity. All licensed HPM brands undergo rigorous qualification testing using independent laboratories to ensure they meet the HPM performance requirements.
“Over a year of committed research and development has generated a new lubricant from Loadmaster that is HPM compliant. We are very excited about the roll out of the new product,” said Nicholas R. In addition to the HPM core certification, Lithium Complex Grease and Acinol 152 HQS (US) – All Colors also obtained the +WR tag for enhanced level of performance in the water resistance category.
Acinol 152 HQS (US) – All Colors and Axellence 652 HQ (US) – All Colors also obtained the +LT tag for enhanced level of performance in the low temperature category.
