e-Formula and Bohol Province of the Philippines sign Smart Energy Collaboration Agreement
TAIPEI, Aug. 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — E-Formula Technologies, Inc. inked a memorandum of understanding with the Provincial Government of Bohol to collaborate on smart energy system integration in the province on Aug. 22, 2023.

This targeted 25-year project of e-Formula with the provincial government aims to provide smart energy solutions to provide continuous energy service operation in Bohol island. It will become a model case for exporting system integration in the Philippines.
The MOU was signed by Bohol Governor Aristotle Aumentado and e-Formula Chairman Peter Chang.
"The Provincial Government of Bohol strongly encourages local and foreign investors to explore a wide range of opportunities in the power sector, particularly in renewable energy", Aumentado said.
He added that expanding the existing capacity and guaranteeing a steady electric supply that will drive to a more promising future is a need to attain Bohol's Strategic Change Agenda of a Smart-Resilient Province.
Administration for Digital Industries Deputy Director General Jiunn-Shiow Lin, who also graced the event, said that promoting international cooperation in digital system integration is one of the main missions of their agency. In recent years, Taiwan has established successful cooperative models with the Philippines through international system integration cooperation, he added.
