Lucas Oil promotes Naomi Furgiuele to VP of Product Development
Lucas Oil Products, an American manufacturer and distributor of automotive oil, additives, and lubricants based in Indianapolis, Indiana, has promoted Naomi Furgiuele to vice president of Product Development. In her new role, Furgiuele will oversee the company’s product development strategy, ensuring innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
“Naomi is well-equipped to take on this new role, and she will be a key driver in advancing our product vision as we continue to grow and evolve,” said Lucas Oil CEO Morgan Lucas.
Furgiuele joined Lucas Oil earlier in 2024 as senior product manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business growth and innovation. She previously served as general manager and chief innovation officer at Ignite Venture Studio, co-building multiple digital startups in healthcare and beauty and securing more than USD25 million in funding. Furgiuele also co-founded Small World Brands, launching global successes such as Nuria Beauty.
Her career spans 16 years at Johnson & Johnson, where she spearheaded innovation pipelines worth more than USD600 million for brands like Neutrogena and Aveeno and identified billion-dollar opportunities in therapeutic skincare and diabetes care.
This promotion underscores Lucas Oil’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge products and maintaining its leadership in the automotive industry.
