Lucas Oil partners with VT for South American expansion

Lucas Oil, an independent provider of automotive additives and lubricants based in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A., has announced a distribution agreement with VT Batteries, a prominent distributor of automotive products in South America. This partnership marks a significant step in Lucas Oil’s global expansion, bringing its premium motor oil products to several South American countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay.

VT Batteries will leverage its extensive network to distribute Lucas Oil’s range of motor oils across the continent.

Shane Burns, senior vice president of Global Sales for Lucas Oil, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are very pleased to partner with VT Batteries to distribute our high-performance lubricants in South America,” he said.

To support this initiative, VT Batteries has established VT POWER BRASIL, a subsidiary in São Paulo, Brazil, that will collaborate with leading local manufacturers to ensure the supply and delivery of Lucas Oil motor oils.
