Vietnam firm announces first locally made ethanol-blended gasoline
Dong Xanh Joint Stock Co. held a ceremony to announce the first locally made ethanol-blended gasoline in Vietnam, VTC News reported. The firms Dai Tan ethanol production plant, located in the central province of Quang Nam, produced the first batch of E5 in September 2009 during a trial run and started commercial production this July, said Company Chairman Luong Quang Thai.
