Total Lubrifiants signs agreement with Great Wall Motor

Chinese automaker Great Wall Motor (GWM) and French lubricant maker Total Lubrifiants signed an agreement to cooperate internationally. The agreement was signed by GWM Vice President Xing Wenlin and Total Lubrifiants President Philippe Montanteme in the city of Baoding, headquarters of GWM, according to the company’s press release. Under the three-year agreement, the two companies will establish a strategic partnership, with Total Lubrifiants being designated a lubricant provider for GWM’s after-sales auto service in Russia, Chile and Italy. GWM will also receive access to Total Quartz automotive lubricants, as well as the marketing expertise of Total Lubrifiants. A subsidiary of Total SA, Total Lubrifiants sells products in more than 150 countries. (February 14, 2012)
