Thai Oil MD named Asia Business Leader

Thai Oil Managing Director Viroj Mavichak was honored as an Asia Business Leader of the Year by U.S. cable network CNBC for his “vision and commitment to sustaining and growing the organization’s business.” He was described as “instrumental in driving Thai Oil’s milestone of being the first refinery in Thailand to produce Euro IV standard diesel fuel, four years ahead of the government’s schedule, thus placing Thailand among the five Asian countries to have begun production of this diesel.” (November 28, 2008)
