Susco purchases 23 TPI outlets
Siam United Services, more commonly known as Susco, has acquired 23 petrol stations from Integrated Refinery and Petrochemical Plc (IRPC Plc), with the aim of lifting its annual sales from 8 to 10 billion baht (US$267-333 million). Managing Director Chairit Simaroj said the acquisition will increase the number of Susco stations from 162 to 185. “The TPI trademark at these stations will be changed to Susco in due course and this will enlarge our marketing network to cover more sales areas for our products in Thailand, he said. IRPC Oil was formerly known as Thai Petrochemical Industry Oil (TPI Oil). (July 13, 2007)
