Slavneft-Yanos will produce Euro 4 fuels in 2012

Russia’s Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsintez (Slavneft-Yanos), a unit of the Russian oil company Slavneft, said that starting January 2012, it will stop producing fuel below Euro 4 standards and will commence production of fuels that are compliant with Euro 4 and Euro 5 standards. Slavneft said it will invest more than US$1.2 billion to modernize Slavneft-Yanos’ fuel production facilities. (November 3, 2011)
