Singapore Rockies constructs new lubricants production base

Singapore Rockies has begun construction on a new lubricants production base, one of several planned construction projects for the company. The new plant is located in the Shuangqiao District of Chongqing in southwestern China. The new base is expected to be operational by 2012. The company expects to build three manufacturing bases in China. According to Xiamen Rockies Chairman one of the bases will be built in Chongqing on the Yangtze River, where the company will use water transportation to import raw materials for the production of lubricants.
