Sabic and Shell carry out expansion plans at SADAF

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) and Shell announced that they are carrying out plans for the expansion of various projects at the SADAF Saudi Petrochemical Company (SADAF) in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The joint venture partners are also considering the expansion of their partnership beyond Saudi Arabia.
Sabic is one of the top global petrochemical companies. Shell Chemicals is a leading manufacturer and seller of bulk petrochemicals to large industries, with an 80-year experience. SADAF is one of the oldest petrochemical ventures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was established by the joint venture in 1980 and began operations in 1984. (November 12, 2012)
