Reynolds Group acquires Graham Packaging

Reynolds Group Holdings Limited announced that it had acquired Graham Packaging Company Inc. on September 8, 2011. Graham Packaging is a leading U.S. supplier of plastic containers for a variety of juice drinks and sports drinks, nutritional supplements and containers for a variety of food products. It is also the leading supplier of plastic containers for various liquid fabric conditioner products and dishwashing liquids and detergents. The company is the leading supplier of one quart/liter plastic motor oil containers in the U.S., Brazil and Canada. (September 9, 2011)
