PSA Peugeot-Citroen expects 10-20% growth in China

PSA Peugeot-Citroen is reorganizing its Chinese operations to consolidate its presence in the fast-expanding local vehicle market, reports SinoCast Daily Business Beat. As part of management changes, Jean-Jacques Etchart will head Peugeot brand’s Chinese operations, in addition to his current responsibilities at Citroen. He will subsequently become solely responsible for all Peugeot and Citroen vehicles imported into the country. Local industry representatives and some Chinese PSA dealerships have added that the company will next combine its distribution network (including imported and locally made vehicles) to increase the profitability and portfolio of its dealers.
