PPA to bid out bulk terminal project by Q2

Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Juan Sta. Ana said that the agency will bid out its proposed bulk terminal facility near North Harbor in Manila by the second quarter of 2011. Sta. Ana said the proposed 200-hectare bulk terminal aims to decongest the ports located in Manila. Sta. Ana declined to give figures on how much the government or the private sector will spend for the said project. (December 17, 2010)
