Peugeot and GM discard large car project, will focus on smaller vehicles
General Motors and PSA Peugeot Citroen have agreed to halt their large car project. The two companies agreed to work together on three smaller vehicle projects instead. GM and Peugeot said in a statement that their alliance will include work on a new generation of small gasoline engines, and that they will jointly explore “product and industrial initiatives in Latin America or other growth markets.” (December 20, 2012)
