PetroVietnam to speed up expansion of storage facilities
State-run Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) is speeding up the expansion of its oil and gas storage facilities across Vietnam, the Thanh Tra newspaper reported. The expansion of the storage facilities aims to ensure the reserves of 2 million cubic meters of oil and gas by next year, 2.7 million cubic meters by 2015, and 4 million cubic meters by 2025. PetroVietnam also is in the process of expanding its oil and gas transport, distribution and trading networks at home and abroad by building vessels and tank trucks to carry crude oil and petroleum products.
