Senior General Manager, Retail Business Division, Akhbar Md Thayoob said that the initiatives introduced in the Klang Valley and Johor received an overwhelming response. Akhbar said that the efforts exerted by Petronas reflected the companyโs commitment to provide outstanding service while growing its retail network. He said that the company will offer more contests that will reward customers for their loyalty. “We are very committed in this regard and have invested much resources in improving customer service capabilities,” he explained.
