PQIA forms advisory board
The Petroleum Quality Institute of America (PQIA), whose mission is to assure the quality of lubricants, has formed a new advisory board. Thomas F. Glenn, president of PQIA said, โThe role of the Advisory Board is to provide PQIA’s management with guidance, advice, recommendations and counsel in how to best pursue PQIA’s purpose and mission. The mission of the board will be to test and then report on the quality and quality of lubricants in the marketplace and provide the information to the public. Glenn stated, โThe value of this board cannot be overstated. PQIA has a unique opportunity to be a positive influence on the quality and integrity of lubricants in the marketplace and we are inspired by the willingness of the Advisory Board members to offer their time and expertise to help enable us to achieve our purpose.” (July 2, 2011)
