Petro Green to shutdown ethanol plants in October

Petro Green of Thailand said it will shut down all its ethanol plants in October for maintenance. The company operates four 200,000 liters per day fuel grade ethanol plants in Thailand, at Phukieo, Kuchinarai, Suphanburi and Tak. The current price for ethanol in Thailand is US$761 a cubic meter. Petro Green exports approximately 20% of its monthly ethanol production to the Philippines. (July 8, 2011)
