Indonesiaโ€™s state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina will build a 200,000 barrel per day (bpd) refinery in Tuban, East Java, to meet increasing domestic demand for petroleum products. The project is expected to be completed by 2014. According to Pertamina Finance Director Ferederick Siahaan, the investment required for the proposed project is expected to reach US$3 billion.
