Pertamina partially shuts down Cilacap refinery for turnaround

Indonesia’s state-owned Pertamina has shut down its Cilacap refinery, which was scheduled for a planned 30-day partial shutdown starting the last week of November. Meanwhile, Pertamina’s trading arm, Petral, is importing gasoline at levels above the 11 million barrel mark, partly due to the shutdown at Cilacap, and in anticipation of higher demand during the holidays.
