New Zealand says ETS will increase demand for biofuels

New Zealand’s Energy Minister Gerry Brownlee says more industries will use biofuels as the emissions trading scheme (ETS) makes them consider their carbon footprint. But motoring groups say drivers are avoiding biofuels because of fears about fuel quality and the risk of invalidating their engine warranties. (July 6, 2010)
