New Zealand Refining announces director change
The New Zealand Refining Company Limited advised that Arita Borgesen has resigned her role as director of the company. Brian Waywell, alternate for Arita Borgesen, ceases to be an alternate director. William Spencer Wheat has been appointed a director of the company to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Borgesen. Wheat represents the interest of Chevron New Zealand. Venkateswaran Raman has been appointed as the alternate director for Wheat. (July 6, 2007)
