Mission Biofuels waits for board approval
Perth-based Mission Biofuels is still awaiting final board approval to construct a second biodiesel plant in Malaysia on an adjacent lease at Kuantan port, which would be two and a half times bigger than the first plant, according to M.S. Nathan, managing director. Missions first 100,000-ton plant in Malaysia could be producing biodiesel by July, ahead of the projected October start-up date, the company said. (December 29, 2006)
