Mexico to promote biodiesel for aviation

Mexico’s Communication and Transport Ministry signed an agreement with the northwestern state of Sinaloa to produce and commercialize biodiesel for aviation use, through the Airport Administration Agency (ASA). The ministry announced that the parties were in complete alliance to develop a commercialization strategy for biodiesel. The goal is to be able to produce 40 million liters of biodiesel by 2015.
