Masada to develop ethanol facilities in China
U.S. waste-to-ethanol technology provider Masada Resource Group announced that it will develop 690 ethanol production facilities in China. The company has agreed with California-based international entrepreneur Robert H. J. Lee to cooperate on the projects in the country, as well as in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Ghana, South Korea, France and Denmark. “This partnership allows us to safely dispose of Asia’s municipal solid waste in a smart way and produce billions of gallons of clean burning fuel-grade ethanol in the process.” said Lee. Masada, headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, U.S.A., has been the world’s leading provider of municipal solid waste-to-ethanol technology for the past 14 years. (October 5, 2009)
