Lubrizol signs agreement with Zhuhai government

Lubrizol Corp. signed an agreement with the Zhuhai Municipal People’s Government concerning the official launch of its additives plant greenfield project in Zhuhai in Guangdong province. The new Lubrizol plant is located at Zhuhai Gaolan Port Economic Zone, which is ideally located for exporting products throughout Asia. Lubrizol plans to break ground at the Zhuhai Gaolan site in late 2010. The plant will include manufacturing and blending additive components. The plant is scheduled to be operational in 2013.
