Izhorskiye Zavody starts production of reactors

Izhorskiye Zavody, a part of OMZ Group, has begun producing two petrochemical reactors for Novokuybyshevsk Oil and Additives Plant, which is owned by OAO NK Rosneft. Izhorskiye Zavody will manufacture a R-101 hydro conversion reactor and an R-102 hydro finishing reactor. OMZ or Uralmash-Izhora is a large Russian international heavy industry and manufacturing conglomerate. OMZ manufactures a wide range of steel, custom and industrial components for nuclear power plants, petrochemical and mining operations and utilities. Production includes metal tanks, boilers, pressure vessels of nuclear reactors, and devices for distillation, filtering or purification of liquids and gases. Novokuybyshevsk Oil and Additives Plant (OAO NK Rosneft) manufactures more than 100 products, including motor oil, oil and diesel fuel additives, paraffin, boiler fuel components, and more.
