IOC to upgrade refineries to meet Euro III specs

India’s largest state-owned refiner Indian Oil Corp. (IOC) will complete upgrading four of its refineries within two months to produce gasoline and gasoil equivalent to Euro III specifications, said B.N. Bankapur, director (refineries).
