IOC to upgrade product quality at Gujarat
Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) will invest Rs450 crores (US$97.83 million) to produce Euro III-compliant fuels in the Gujarat refinery and an additional Rs4,000 crores (US$869.56 million) to produce Euro IV-compliant products, IOC Executive Director Uttam Kumar Basu said. The Euro III-compliant plant will be on stream in October, he said. (September 14, 2006)
