InterOil upgrades Lae City petrol bowsers
Interoil is upgrading all its petrol bowsers in Lae city, Papua New Guinea. Soon drivers will require a swipe card to buy fuel, even though there is still room for cash payments. The service station in Lae will be the first to trial 10 new transponder pumps which use swipe cards. Lae is the country’s main industrial port. (August 18, 2009)
