Infineum reorganizes business operations in Australia

Following a review of business operations in Australia, Infineum announced that the entire share capital of Infineum Australia Pty Ltd. will be purchased by the IMCD Group B.V. From December 1, transaction of Infineum’s existing and future business in Australia and New Zealand will be made through IMCD Australia Ltd., who will be Infineum’s appointed distributor in Australia and New Zealand. IMCD Australia also will continue to manage the local logistics services, which are an important aspect of customer service in this area. IMCD Group is a leading company in the sales, marketing and distribution of, among other products, specialty chemicals. With a network of offices and warehouses located in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa, IMCD provides its partners with optimum tailored solutions for multi-territory distribution management.
