Indonesia appoints Sumiarso  

Indonesia’s Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources Minister Darwin Zahedy Saleh has appointed Luluk Sumiarso as the first director general for renewable energy and energy conservation. Sumiarso will be in charge of boosting and regulating the use of renewable energy sources and is tasked with formulating policy and technical standards for new and renewable energy projects and energy conservation.
