Hyundai Engineering to build lubricants plant in Kazakhstan

South Korea’s Hyundai Engineering announced that it will begin construction of a plant for high-quality lubricants in Kazakhstan, the first of its kind in the country. Construction of the plant will require an investment of about US$895 million. According to Reuters, the plant will be built in Shymkent, the capital city of South Kazakhstan Province.
