Goldman Sachs says energy pricing reforms is top priority of China
According to Goldman Sachs, the American investment and securities firm, China has made energy pricing reforms its top priority, a move that will work well for the country. “Broad pricing reforms of oil products, windfall tax, natural gas, and other tax reforms could be a positive for Chinese oils, especially Sinopec,โ said Goldman Sachs.
