Fuchs to build lubricants plant near Moscow
The German company Fuchs Petrolub AG said it will build a US$29 million lubricants blending plant in the Kaluga region, 150 kilometers southwest of Moscow. The local Regional Development Agency said that the governor of the region has signed an agreement with Fuchs for the plant and that construction should begin in July.
