Flying V to build biofuel plant

Flying V Corp. will build a Php50-million (US$992,063) biofuel plant in a former U.S. military air base in the Philippines. “We welcome the entry of FV-Clark in the ecozone, because knowledge_base is the first plant in the ecozone that will provide our locators Clean Air Act- compliant and cost-efficient fuels,” said Victor Jose Luciano, officer-in-charge and president of Clark Development Corp. (CDC). The project will include a refueling station that will dispense biodiesel fuel and ethanol-blended gasoline. (August 31, 2006)
