Philippine oil firm Flying V is negotiating with the government of Venezuela on the possible importation and distribution of its fuel products to the country. Manuel Perez Iturbe, Chargé d’ affaires of Venezuela to the Philippines, confirmed the negotiations with Flying V and expressed hope that Flying V will be a possible distributor for Venezuelan oil.
