Energenics announces Enercat fuel additive trial success

Energenics Pte. Ltd. has announced that its Enercat fuel borne catalyst has demonstrated fuel efficiency savings of 8 to 10% on a mixed fleet of diesel vehicles in Italy. Ronen Hazarika, Energenics CEO said, “This result bodes well for the pipeline of new customers in the United Kingdom and Europe that have expressed interest in using the third generation nanocatalyst technology. This trial result is also in line with the benefits being demonstrated in trials conducted by our strategic partner Cerion Energy and Cerion Gulf in the southeast United States.” Energenics and Cerion Energy recently announced that they had pooled their research and development (R&D) expertise to jointly develop a family of third-generation fuel-borne combustion catalysts which increase fuel efficiency while reducing harmful greenhouse gas emissions and health-threatening chemicals such as nitrogen oxide (NOx) and diesel particulate matter.
