Elnusa to build refinery in Java

PT Elnusa has secured an approval from the government and its parent company PT Pertamina to go ahead with plans to team up with Venezuelan oil firm Petroleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA) to build a 300,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Java Island, Indonesia.
