Denso to build R&D center in South Korea

Japan’s Denso Corp. a global supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Invest Korea of KOTRA to build a research and development center in South Korea. KOTRA stands for the Korea Trade Promotion Corporation. The center, which will cost US$56.5 million, will be located at the Poil Intelligent Town in Uiwang City, Gyeonggi province. The R&D center will be built at a cost of US$56.5 million. The new center will allow Denso to supply automobile parts to the growing Korean automotive industry. (July 5, 2011)
