Delta sees NT$10 billion revenue in 3-5 Years

Delta Electronics Inc. expects its new hybrid vehicle propulsion system and related car electronics to generate revenues of NT$10 billion (US$309.53 million) in three to five years, the Commercial Times reported, citing Delta Chief Executive Yancey Hai. Demand for the company’s gasoline-electric hybrid propulsion system will come from car makers that want to develop hybrid vehicles, especially in China, he said. Taiwan’s Delta Electronics is the world’s largest maker of switching power supplies by market share. (November 28, 2009)
