Concord Energy appoints new officers

Singaporean crude oil and refined petroleum product trading company Concord Energy Pte. Ltd. has appointed new officers for its local and overseas operations. Jerome Dortmans has been named the company’s trading director for coal and refined products. Dortmans was previously with international investment bank Barclays Capital. (June 29, 2009)
