China’s Yuchai posts 5% rise in revenues

China’s leading machine manufacturer, China Yuchai International, reported revenues of RMB 14.3 billion (US$) for the first four months of 2011, a 5.34% increase from the same period a year ago, China’s official news agency, Xinhua, reported. Guangxi Yuchai Heavy Industry, one of Yuchai Group’s major subsidiaries, said it saw a 26.53% rise in excavator sales during the January-April period. Other subsidiaries, including Yuchai Lubricant and Maoming Changsheng Oil-Fat Industry, posted an increase in revenues of more than 50%. (May 30, 2011)
