China’s oil supply back to normal

Product oil supply has returned to normal in most parts of China, and inventory is rising, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The coal industry has also increased inventory, which was able to support power consumption this summer. Major power plants in Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan had 2.23 million tons of coal in storage in mid-August, up 650,000 tons from the volume at the end of JulyLi Yangzhe, an official from the NDRC, said that preparation for power supply and coal storage for the approaching winter is well under way.
