China's Jilin Ethanol signs joint venture agreement with 2 other companies

China’s Jilin Ethanol Industrial signed a joint venture agreement with Guangdong Zhongke Tianyuan New Energy Science and Technology and Jilin City Keda Applied Technology Development. The joint venture will commercialize ethanol through the new company, Jilin Tianyi Biochemical Development. Jilin Tianyi Biochemical Development will provide enzyme management services to Jilin Ethanol. The new company will also begin a production line that will develop new biochemical products like butyl alcohol and lactic acid. (December 9, 2011)
